Export für DATEV
Orders and refunds as a monthly DATEV posting batch (EXTF) for the merchant's German tax advisor. SKR03/SKR04, OSS, refunds, gift cards, and the quarterly OSS return as an upload file for the BZSt portal. Runs inside the Wix dashboard or the Shopify admin — one click per month, no file to move. Both versions: an Onboarding-Check (five questions plus a shop check, report for the Kanzlei; unusual answers go to support, reply within one working day), a Kontoprüfung that flags wrong account numbers before the export, a banner at 80 % and 100 % of the €10,000 EU Lieferschwelle, and Report a problem — a button in the app that mails support with an incident number. EU rules on the product page, 21 on Shopify and 22 on Wix: Omnibus 30-day prior price, the withdrawal button, the EU legal guarantee notice, the VAT and shipping price line, delivery time, battery and e-waste notices, GPSR safety details, the GARAN durability label, food information and, on Shopify, the software-update period. For German tax advisors: clients upload their shop's monthly order export (CSV) through a link, the DATEV posting batch (EXTF) arrives by mail with every gap flagged. Nothing stored. Kanzlei plan for many clients. Reads Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Shopware 6, Etsy, Kaufland and eBay (beta) exports, and books the marketplace fees of eBay, Etsy and Kaufland too. For Austrian advisors it writes the BMD NTCS posting import or the DATEV file RZL reads, on the Austrian chart with 20/10/13 % — free while in beta. A Kontoprüfung flags wrong account numbers before the batch is written. The same posting batch as Export für DATEV, but from the file instead of the shop: no store access, any platform, any past month.

Buchungsstapel Order Export
WooCommerce has no order export in core. This free plugin adds one: pick a month under WooCommerce → DATEV-Export, download the CSV that Buchungsstapel turns into the posting batch. Since 1.1 the plugin can also send the month straight to Buchungsstapel, by hand or automatically each month; if sending fails, a “Problem melden” link sits next to the error. No database tables of its own. What it exports, in German.

E-Rechnung
XRechnung and ZUGFeRD invoices from a spreadsheet, for the German e-invoicing mandate. Write invoices as rows; the add-on checks them against EN 16931 and XRechnung rules, points at the cell that is wrong, and creates the ZUGFeRD PDF or the XRechnung XML (CII or UBL). German tax cases from Kleinunternehmer to reverse charge, Leitweg-ID, GiroCode, a DATEV booking batch, and incoming e-invoices read back into the sheet.
